What it costs, what counts, and what changes.
Is there really a free tier during the private beta?+
Yes — the first 50 teams to join the private beta get six months free, no credit card required. After the beta period, you can move onto Pro at $29/user/mo or stay on a capped Beta plan for free.
How do you count "leads"?+
A 'lead' is a unique inbound email thread that Lead Follow Up drafts a reply for. Replies inside an existing thread don't count again. If a thread gets reopened months later, that counts as one new lead.
Annual vs monthly billing?+
Pro is $29/user/mo billed annually or $35/user/mo billed monthly. Teams is $99/user/mo billed annually only — talk to sales for monthly options. You can switch between annual and monthly at any time.
Can I cancel any time?+
Yes. Monthly subscriptions cancel at the end of the current billing month. Annual subscriptions can cancel any time and you keep access through the end of the period you paid for. No cancellation fees, ever.
What's the difference between Pro and Teams?+
Pro is built for individual operators (founders, AEs, agents, coaches) who want their own cited drafts and SLA tracker. Teams adds multi-inbox routing, the pipeline-leak dashboard, SSO, audit logs and admin controls — for orgs running Lead Follow Up across 5+ seats.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits or education?+
Yes — 30% off Pro and Teams for verified non-profits, accredited educational institutions and student-led teams. Email us with a domain or 501(c)(3) confirmation and we'll apply the discount within a day.
What payment methods do you accept?+
All major credit cards via Stripe. ACH and wire transfer available on Teams plans (annual billing). Procurement / PO friendly — we can route through your AP system on Teams.
Will the price change after the beta?+
Beta pricing is locked in for everyone who joins during the private beta — for life on Pro, and for the first 12 months on Teams. After that, you renew at the then-current public pricing.
